We sell direct to you unlike our competitors, we do not have the expensive overheads, retail outlets or lavish advertising campaigns. So we can pass on those savings to you.
How do I buy the goods I like?
Shopping with CelebrityFashionDirect.com could not be easier!
Simply click on any image that you like from the collection. See all the information we have on that item along with close up and detail views of garment.
Please check the diary for any duplications if it is for a special event and check size and measurements guides for fit.
Select size and pop it into your shopping basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or head to the checkout to complete the transaction.
We will then ask for your login details or if you are a new customer, to complete the express registration for address and contact details.
We will then ask for payment details.
On receipt of your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email to the email address which you have provided us with. This email will contain your Order ID Number and details of the goods ordered.
Please note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. Payment will be taken from your credit/ debit card and an order despatch email will be sent to you. This is when we have agreed to a contract with you.
We must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order.
What size should I order?
We advise you to check the size chart for each individual style.
We describe our garments fully and as accurately as possible.

How long does delivery take?
Once the payment has been processed your order will be selected, packaged and then despatched. We aim to provide a swift delivery service and most standard orders will be despatched within 24 hours (For UK allow up to 5 working days for processing & delivery), but as a rule we will deliver within 7 days to the UK. Within 10 days to other areas. If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order will only be received on the Monday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday this will then be received on the Tuesday. Our parcels are delivered by courier this ensures that each package must be signed for, to aid security and protection of the garments. If you are not there to sign for the delivery a card will be posted through your letterbox with a contact telephone number to call to arrange an alternative delivery date.
An express delivery service is available on request.

What happens if I am ordering from outside the UK?
CelebrityFashionDirect.com delivers worldwide, offering an International Signed-For delivery service. Please check charges above.
Please note we give approximate conversion rates to many currencies, but these are for guidance only. You will always be charged in GBP £ sterling. Your individual banks will set the true conversion rate at time of purchase and include any additional charges.
Will I need to pay taxes or duty?

What if the item I like is not in stock?
We endeavour to keep the website as up to date as possible and can therefore give firm reassurances (unless stated as preview item), that what you see on the website is available to purchase.
If an item you like is no longer shown on our website, it may have sold out completely. Please send us an e-mail as we strive to keep our stock fresh by designing edited ranges, but if something is in demand we may try to replace it with a similar yet unique product. We can then notify you when that may be in stock.
We will need to know your ‘Wear Date’, please enter into comments box when purchasing. Your credit card will NOT be charged unless you have pre-ordered the item & made payment.
Can I reserve items?
If we have any preview items on the website they will be clearly marked as coming soon. You can pre-order and your payment and delivery details taken. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days we will only proceed with an order after your agreement to a longer time. If we are unable to deliver, your payment will be refunded.
How do I pay?
Once you have placed the items you wish to buy in your shopping basket you proceed to the checkout. Here you can choose whichever payment method suits you best. CelebrityFashionDirect.com accepts most major credit and debit cards.

When will I be charged?
When you reach the final billing page and press 'Submit Your Order' we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
If the payment is authorised, you will receive an email within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.
If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an email will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email within a few minutes advising you of the reason why.
Please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time, this is beyond our control.
